Contracting parties
This agreement is jointly entered into by the user of the services provided by Socia Technology Co., Limited (hereinafter referred to as “you”) and Socia Technology Co., Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Socia Technology Co., Limited” or “we”).

Effectiveness of the Agreement

The aforementioned rules are an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal effect as this agreement.
Xueyi Ge has the right to formulate and modify this agreement and related rules as needed. The revised agreement and rules will be notified to you through the Socia Technology Co., Limited website in the form of a notice seven working days in advance, and will take effect after the announcement is completed, replacing the original agreement and rules. If you do not agree with the relevant changes, you should immediately stop using the personal verification service; If you continue to use the verification service, it means that you have accepted the revised agreement and rules.

If the content uploaded, published or transmitted by the user contains information or content that violates the above policies, laws and regulations, or infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, the user shall directly bear all adverse consequences resulting from the above. If any adverse consequences are caused to us as a result, the user shall be responsible for eliminating the impact and compensating us for all losses incurred as a result, including but not limited to property damage compensation, reputation damage compensation, legal fees, transportation expenses, and other reasonable expenses incurred due to rights protection or all other reasonable expenses required by the platform.

The user understands and guarantees that they will not engage in the following prohibited behaviors, nor will they allow anyone to use the user’s account to engage in the following behaviors:

(1) Sending any uninvited or unauthorized spam emails, advertisements or promotional materials, or any other commercial communications;

(2) Using our platform services for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party without our explicit permission;

(3) Using or exploiting our intellectual property (including our trademarks, brands, logos, any other proprietary data, or the layout or design of any webpage), or otherwise infringing upon any of our intellectual property; Or using the logo of Socia Technology Co., Limited to mislead third parties into believing it is the behavior of Xueyige.

(4) By using any automated program, software, engine, web crawler, web analysis tool, data mining tool, or similar tool to access the Xueyige service, collect or process content provided through the Xueyige service;

(5) Intentionally spreading viruses, network worms, Trojan viruses, or other malicious code;

(6) Attacking or circumventing any security features of the Socia Technology Co., Limited server system;

(7) Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of destruction or abuse, or maliciously uploading duplicate and invalid large capacity data and information;

(8) Engaging in activities that infringe upon the reputation, privacy, intellectual property rights, and other legitimate rights and interests of others through the use of the internet;

(9) Violating any relevant Hong Kong laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, or other legally binding norms;

(10) Modify, tamper with, block or partially block advertisements for the services and related functions of Socia Technology Co., Limited;

Accessing password protected/secure areas
Only authorized users can access and use the password protected secure area of this website. Unauthorized users attempting to access these areas may be held legally responsible.

Disclaimers
In order to improve user experience, ensure the security of products and services, and ensure the consistency of product functions, we may upgrade or update our products. We cannot guarantee that users will be able to use Xueyige normally during this period.

2. We are responsible for providing services to users in an “as is” and “as available” state. We assume corresponding obligations in accordance with the law, but we do not assume any responsibility beyond the explicit provisions of the law for damages caused to users due to maintenance and connection failures of information network equipment, computer, communication or other system failures, hacker activities, computer viruses, power failures, strikes, riots, fires, floods, storms, explosions, wars, government actions, orders of judicial administrative agencies, or third-party reasons.
3. Under no circumstances shall Socia Technology Co., Limited be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of the services provided by Socia Technology Co., Limited, including any loss of profits suffered by you as a result of using Socia Technology Co., Limited’s services (even if you have been informed in advance of the possibility of such damages).
4. In any case, the total liability for breach of contract compensation borne by Socia Technology Co., Limited for the services provided under this agreement shall not exceed the total service fee corresponding to the breach of contract.

Service termination
If the actions taken by the user at Socia Technology Co., Limited have an impact on Socia Technology Co., Limited and its users and constitute a violation of this agreement, we may take measures such as imposing restrictions on the user’s account, suspending the provision of some or all services to the user, deducting liquidated damages, etc. in accordance with the corresponding rules. If the user’s behavior constitutes a fundamental breach, we may terminate the provision of services to the user.

If the user’s behavior at Socia Technology Co., Limited violates relevant laws and regulations, we may report and submit the user’s usage records and other information to the relevant regulatory authorities in accordance with the law.

3. The user agrees that if the use of Socia Technology Co., Limited’s services is interrupted or terminated, or if the user’s account and related information and files are closed or deleted, we shall not be liable to the user or any third party.
4. If the user’s behavior causes us and/or its affiliated companies to suffer losses (including direct economic losses, goodwill losses, and indirect economic losses such as external compensation, settlement payments, lawyer fees, litigation costs, etc.), the user shall compensate us and/or its affiliated companies for all of the above losses.
5. If the user’s behavior causes us and/or its affiliated companies to suffer from third-party claims, we and/or its affiliated companies may recover all losses from the user after assuming financial obligations to the third party.
